Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver throughout the Hampton Roads area and across Virginia. Delivery is handled by our own team — not a third-party carrier — so your furniture arrives safely and is placed in your home by people who care.
Delivery Rates:
Local delivery (within 25 miles of Chesapeake showroom): $60. Extended delivery (25–75 miles): $99. Statewide Virginia delivery: $149. Free delivery promotions are offered periodically — follow us on Instagram @sofasaverva for current deals.
Delivery Timeline:
Most in-stock items are delivered within 3–7 business days of purchase. We will contact you to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
What's Included:
Delivery includes bringing the furniture into your home and placing it in the room of your choice. Assembly is included for items that require it. We also offer free haul-away of your old sofa with any delivery (subject to availability — confirm at time of purchase).
Pickup Option:
Pickup from our showroom at 2201 Bainbridge Blvd, Chesapeake, VA is always free. Please schedule pickup in advance by calling 757-793-7292.
