All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns on any purchase — new or used.

Because many of our items are refurbished, pre-owned, or heavily discounted, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.

1. Used Couch Exchanges

While all sales are final, we do offer limited exchanges on used couches within 3 days of delivery.

Here’s how our exchange policy works:

You may exchange your couch for any other available item in our current inventory.

If the new couch costs more, you pay the difference.

If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.

A $100 restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

All previous delivery fees are non-refundable, and a new delivery fee will be charged if we deliver the replacement couch.

1. Deposit Policy

Deposits made to hold a couch are refundable within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, deposits become non-refundable — no exceptions.
