By scheduling delivery with Sofa Savers VA, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

We proudly serve the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and surrounding areas, offering professional and reliable delivery for all orders.

1. Delivery Rates by City

Delivery rates are based on distance from our Virginia Beach location:

Virginia Beach: $60

Norfolk: $70

Chesapeake: $75

Hampton: $80

Newport News: $85

Yorktown: $100

Elizabeth City: $100

Richmond: $150

Delivery fees are due at checkout or upon scheduling your delivery.

1. Curbside Delivery Only

Due to liability and safety reasons, Sofa Savers VA provides curbside delivery only.

That means we will deliver your couch to the curb, driveway, or garage — not inside your home.

It is the customer’s responsibility to move the furniture into their desired space.

1. Measuring Is Your Responsibility

Please make sure to measure your doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators before purchasing.

Dimensions are provided in the second photo of each product listing.

If a couch does not fit upon delivery, a new delivery fee will apply for any reattempted delivery.

1. Delivery Fees

All delivery fees are non-refundable.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (no one is home, couch doesn’t fit, etc.), an additional delivery fee will be charged for rescheduling.

1. Scheduling Your Delivery

When you schedule a delivery, you’ll receive a 1-hour delivery window.

Our driver will text you at the phone number provided at checkout with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) when en route.

We always aim to deliver promptly and communicate clearly.

1. Inspect Upon Arrival

Please inspect your couch immediately upon delivery.

Any concerns or discrepancies should be reported on the spot so we can resolve them quickly and fairly.

1. Inclement Weather

Most of our couches are transported in enclosed trailers to protect them from the elements.

We typically proceed with deliveries even during light rain or cold weather, but in cases of severe conditions, we may reschedule to ensure your couch stays clean and dry.
